GWS’ variable warehouse infrastructure and professionally trained and certified staff provides clients an integrated network and variable footprint of warehouses nationwide. Clients gain inventory control options and visibility of their assets while moving through the supply chain utilizing our proprietary technology.
GWS Retail Project Management provides a single point of contact with a team approach. A GWS Project Manager oversees the execution of the entire project and is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling. The Project Manager is supported by an On-site Team Lead, In-Store Team Lead and At-the-Vendor Lead to manage crews and various aspects of the project. The Project Manager maintains communication with all Leads and the client to ensure a seamless and well executed project.
Our standardized Loading and Transportation Program provides consistent crews at the manufacturer and certified crews at the cross dock to prevent missed shipments and damage to the product prior to shipment. Utilizing mode optimization and online shipment tracking, clients know GWS will transport all shipments the most effective way possible for safe, on-time delivery. To ensure quality product upon delivery, GWS provides fixture touch-up and repair, deluxing and product clean up or wipedown. GWS efficiently manages fixture stocking through Plan-o-gram management, fixture set ups, category resets and maintaining or changing current store configurations to support the client’s needs.
GWS provides installation, set up and assembly for all products including artwork, mirrors, posters, pictures and signage. Our experienced installation team performs services such as product configuration, secure cleat installation, anchoring and light construction. GWS can manage and service all aspects of your retail project from start to finish.
