We develop a custom solution of services, either selected individually or leveraged through a single source solution and provide the fully-integrated solution within the workplace services platform. Our workplace services core consists of three components, all designed to achieve consistency: Strategic Consulting, Program Management and Project Delivery.
GWS proactively manages its Strategic Consulting services to drive consistency and reduce costs. Utilizing the GWS Service Team, our clients receive Request for Proposal (RFP) administration, Standards establishment, Process Audits and only the most current technologies. GWS’ proprietary technologies, 100% web-based applications that are built on Microsoft .Net technology, offer comprehensive reporting to our clients. These technologies include Extreme Project Management (XPM), Asset Plus, Furniture Asset Management (FAM), Global Imaging System (GIS) and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM). Clients gain integration capabilities with existing systems that enables real-time electronic assignment of moves and service orders. These technologies are designed to not impact infrastructure or network security.
Program Management services are designed to help clients achieve sustainable business processes through consistent execution. For all projects, big or small, the GWS Service Team is capable of providing any number of services our clients may require. These services include Project Management, Space Planning, Move Management, Vendor Management, Asset Management, Ergonomic Assessment/Standardization, Logistics and Comprehensive Reporting. Our primary goal throughout all these offerings is to ensure consistency in communication and execution for the best customer experience.
In order to consistently execute Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), GWS’ project delivery services employ best in class practices. GWS has the necessary specialists who serve as a single-point-of-contact to help our clients get the most for their money throughout any of our Project Delivery services. These services include Moving, Installation, Disconnect/Reconnect, CAD/CAFM/GIS Services, Furniture Services, Decommissioning, Disposition, Warehousing, LCL & Container and LTL & Truckload. Whether budgeting a company’s furniture portfolio, calculating warehousing square footage or utilizing the UniGroup network of service providers for moving, GWS ensures the job is done efficiently at a cost savings to the client.
